These brakes are equipped with GALVI “H” a.c. electrohydraulic Thrusters and offer an external adjustable main spring set. The GALVI DIN Failsafe Shoe Brakes N(NV)...H series are designed to comply with the DIN 15435 standard and are equipped with GALVI “H” a.c. electrohydraulic Thrusters (IP.55, Class F, tropicalized) and an external adjustable main spring set. These brakes are exclusively manufactured for the Italian market.

Standard Features:

  • GALVI “H” a.c. electrohydraulic Thruster with IP55 rating, Class F insulation, and tropicalized for enhanced durability (H).
  • Brake shoes made of aluminum per DIN 15435 standards, fitted with steel bushings (CD).
  • Asbestos-free linings with a theoretical friction coefficient of μ = 0.42 (42).
  • Galvanized pins and self-lubricating bushes on main pins for corrosion resistance and low maintenance (AU).
  • Galvanized pins, tie rods, and smaller components (ZN).
  • Finished with epoxy antisalt paint in grey (RAL 7001) for long-lasting protection.
  • Cast iron levers and a robust steel base for reliable operation.

  • Manual opening and locking system on the opposite side to the FIA optional items (HAN-L/R).
